Destiny brought us to New York in 1965, it's where we opened the first Cinelli's... It's where it all began. My older brother Joseph still owns and operates the original Cinelli's as well two others there in Long Island.

The Authenticity of our recipes comes directly from our Italian ancestry... from Monte' San Giovani Campana, a small hilltop village 30 miles south of Rome. I go back every year to visit relatives and pick up a recipe or two.

Our desire for a better life and our desire to share the rich customs of our Italian cooking has broguht all the Cinelli brothers here to North Carolina. Joseph (Cinelli's of Apex) Gianni: Cinelli's of Wakefield, Gaitano: Cinelli's of Durham and Wakefield, Joseph, Peter, Gianni and Gaitano also own Cinellis at North Hills.
